Laundry Collection & Delivery – Booking

Disclaimer & Client Checklist By booking our laundry collection and delivery service, you confirm that all items are suitable for machine washing and drying, that pockets have been fully checked, and that each load booked contains items that can be safely washed together (including colours, fabrics, and temperatures). Prices are as stated on our website and payment must be made in advance of collection. Laundry must be left out and ready for collection between 9:00am and 3:00pm on the chosen collection day. If laundry is not available during this time, full charges will apply. While we take care with all items, we cannot guarantee stain removal and are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect care labels, mixed loads, or pre existing wear. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your Checklist
